Thick policy binders, reference guides and FFIEC handbooks were essential for Peggy Gilman of York County FCU to know exactly what needed to be done to ensure compliance. However, while managing to keep up with this growing burden, Peggy realized it was rapidly becoming its own line of business. Something had to change so that credit union staff could get back to the business of helping their members.
