The Strategic Planning ActionPack automates the design and execution of the institution's comprehensive strategic plan. The ActionPack organizes the process of creating and updating the institution's formal, written strategic plan based on its established mission and philosophy. Once the associated action plans have been developed and assigned, the ActionPack distributes follow-up reports to key personnel to ensure important initiatives are on-track. Here are some highlights:
- Manages strategic plan drafting, review and update process by tracking changes made by each planning committee member
- Tracks the progress of each strategic plan action plan across the Institution until completed
- Ensures resources and staffing are sufficient to carry-out tasks
- Schedules key activities: review of mission statement, assembling planning committee and planning meetings
